FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our tests, turnaround, privacy, and booking.

Do you offer same-day or walk-in testing?

Yes. Many of our tests are available same-day, and walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Booking ahead guarantees your preferred time.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. We treat all personal and test information as confidential and handle it with HIPAA-aware practices. Results are only shared with authorized parties.

What is the difference between a legal and an at-home DNA test?

A legal (chain-of-custody) test verifies identities and uses witnessed collection so results are admissible in court. An at-home test uses the same lab analysis but is for personal information only.

Do you provide DOT drug testing?

Yes. We offer DOT-compliant testing that follows federal collection and chain-of-custody procedures, with results reviewed by a Medical Review Officer.

How fast will I get my results?

Turnaround depends on the test. Instant screens can be same-day, while lab-confirmed results typically take 1 to 5 business days. Each service lists its expected turnaround.

How much does testing cost?

Pricing varies by test and program. Request a quote or call us and we will help you choose the right option for your needs.

Can employers set up ongoing or random testing?

Yes. We manage random-selection testing programs and bulk or recurring screening for businesses. Contact us about a business account.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. For DOT or legal tests, additional documentation may be required, which we will confirm when you book.
