Do you really operate 24/7? How do appointments work?
Yes — we're available 24/7 by appointment, and same-day slots are often open. Book online or call us, and we'll confirm your time. We can collect at our site, at your workplace, or come to you with mobile collection.
How long does a visit take?
Most visits take about 15–30 minutes. The collection itself is quick; arriving a few minutes early helps us get you in and out smoothly.
When will I get my results?
Instant (rapid) tests can provide results during your visit, while lab-based results vary by test type. Your coordinator will confirm the expected timing when you book.
I need a court-admissible or legal test. What's different?
Ask for a chain-of-custody (legal) option when you book. Bring a valid photo ID, and for DNA testing all parties should attend together so the sample collection can be properly documented.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your details and results are handled confidentially and are only shared with the people and organizations you authorize.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
